Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to provide students relevant and adequate knowledge related to the legal basis and applications of foreign trade and foreign exchange transactions.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to update information with the legislation about export and import
  • Will be able to use the functions and importance of foreign exchange regime
  • Will be able to interprete the foreign trade transactions under foreign exchange legislation, general exchange arrangements and procedures, relevant documents
  • Will be able to apply the payment terms of foreign trade transections
  • Will be able to explain the delivery terms of foreign trade transections
Course Description Student will be able to learn about the legal basis of foreign trade, functions and importance of foreign exchange regime,general exchange arrangements procedures and relevant documents.
