Course Objectives To teach the resources of the insurance transactions, the properties of insurance sector, the relationships between sector corporations, the structures of insurance companies, the concept of responsibility in insureance, the concept of loss/damage in insurance, and the insurance branches in order to be a base for the course Insurance Transaction II.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to track the laws and rules referencing to insurance operations
  • will be able to understand the importance of responsibility in insurance
  • will be able to understand the concept of insurance corporations and their functions
  • will be able to reinforce their prior knowledge about insurance branches
  • will be able to learn the loss/damage transactions in insurance
Course Description To teach insurance law and related regulations, structure of insurance sector, functions of the sector corporations, the concept of responsibility in insurance, loss/damage management, and types of insurance after giving a review of basic insurance knowledge.
